When talking about strengths and weaknesses , we are referring to those traits or characteristics that make up the personality of a human being and his way of acting . When determining these characteristics self-knowledge is very important , since it is the key so that each person can achieve the goal that is set in life and travel the desired path. Self-knowledge will allow us to recognize our strengths and our weaknesses.
